The living room is cozy, with lots of natural light, an oversized comfortable sofa, a throw blanket, bay windows, a 75” smart TV, a coffee table, board games and books. The backyard is your personal oasis, designed for relaxation and fun, with outdoor games like corn hole, spike ball and dart. There are 3-4 parking spots on the driveway, and you may find additional parking on the street. A crib and high chair are available. Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, this property offers easy access to top attractions in the Niagara Region. Brock University is within a 5-minute drive or 11 minutes by bus, ideal for visiting academics or students. Welland Canals Parkway trails are nearby, perfect for scenic runs, bike rides, or leisurely walks along historic waterscapes. Mel Swart Lake Gibson Park, a lovely lakeside spot for relaxation, is just minutes away. Short Hills Provincial Park is within a 20-minute drive for hiking and nature exploration. Canada Games Park, a modern hub for sports, skating, and community events, is just a short drive away. Quiet outdoor hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and no outdoor music is allowed after 10:00 PM. Noise complaints may result in a non-refundable cancellation of your booking and a fine up to $1000. Violations of the no-smoking and no-party policies will result in a $1000 fine respectively. The property is equipped with a noise and smoking monitoring device. There is 1 camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior and records image and sound 24/7. Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay, and it will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay. We are not responsible for any issues with ice and snow on the driveway or on the road itself. Winter weather can be unpredictable, please be prepared to shovel if needed.
