Available December 1. This large condo features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathroom with hardwood floors throughout. This property was built in 1988. It's set far back from the street 100 feet, has two parking spaces (one in lot and one in carport), in unit laundry located in basement, and lots of closet and storage space. The location is great, right downtown near all amenities but set back from the road. It is near Church St., restaurants and a quick bike ride to the waterfront. Tenants pay natural gas heat, electric, water/sewer, internet and compost. Landlord pays for trash and snow removal. **Due to COVID-19, we are trying to limit the volume of in person showings, so please only schedule a viewing if you feel as though it is crucial to view the place in person prior to making a commitment.
