There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor including a master bedroom with a bonus sitting room/office. The third-floor bonus room is equipped with a queen-size bed and a living room area with a TV and couch that converts to a full-size bed. With new mini splits installed in the first-floor family room, second-floor master bedroom, and third-floor bonus room the house can be cooled to the desired temperature during the hot summer months. Window units will cool the other two second-floor bedrooms. The house is newly furnished throughout, and the kitchen is well equipped. There is laundry in the dry basement.
