The apartment features a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and a 55" smart TV, a second bedroom with a queen bed and TV, and a third bedroom with a queen bed and desk. The kitchen is equipped with all major appliances, including a drip coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender, cooking essentials, silverware, and dishware. A fully stocked laundry room with a washer, dryer, clothing detergent, iron, and ironing board is available. Enjoy the outdoor BBQ grill and high-quality linens, including multiple towels for bath, pool, and hand use. Pets are welcome upon approval with a fee applied. A $75 pet fee per dog is required, and only small dogs (max 2) are allowed. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, you may be subject to a fine. The home is under surveillance, and a dedicated personal door code will be provided 24 hours prior to check-in, which is between 4-6pm AZ time. No smoking, no parties or events are allowed. The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation. A decibel monitoring system is in place to ensure noise levels remain reasonable, as excessive outdoor noise is prohibited by the City of Phoenix. Assessed fines and penalties will be charged against travelers for violations. The third bedroom includes a desk, providing a convenient space for remote work.
