We are so excited to welcome tenants to our newly renovated & furnished home in a quiet suburb of Lafayette! We have created a vintage farmhouse vibe with reclaimed wood beams we tracked down from a pre-civil war barn in Mississippi!! The vaulted ceilings are a perfect space to showcase a gallery of Regina's vibrant Flower Portraiture from around the world.
This home is a split-level so as you enter there are steps both up to the main level and down to the lower level. Upstairs is open & spacious; perfect for relaxing & socializing. We have a beautiful new kitchen with loads of storage, an oversized granite island with a cooktop stove & bar seating, a fancy fridge, wall oven & microwave, a dining table that seats 6, dishes, cookware, baking/cooking/pantry items, and espresso coffee station.
The living room on the top/main level has extra-large plush couches + TV with streaming services (no local TV channels or cable), family games & puzzles.
Our home has three cozy bedrooms: a king-size and a queen-size on the main floor (both with closet space) and a full bathroom; a queen bedroom and bathroom with a shower on the lower level. All new medium-density memory foam mattresses and new comfy linens & pillows.
There is a lower level retreat with a home movie theater and fireplace for reading, snuggling, and watching movies. We have a large comfy couch with another TV (same streaming services and no local channels). The queen bedroom listed above is downstairs.
With a private backyard with outdoor seating this place has all you need.
