Brand new luxury apartments have been recently renovated to accommodate for comfort living. Unit only lived in for one year by owner since remodel. Enjoy brand new appliances, floors, paint, quartz counters tops and windows tastefully accented with and stylish curtains. Private washer and dryer included with each unit. These beautifully renovated apartments are in a well-maintained triplex within walking distance to historic downtown Centralia, shopping, dining, and Centralia College. Each unit has its own private entrance as well as equipped with exterior security cameras. Credit need not be stellar. Good rental history and adequate income are our biggest priority. Small animals on a case by case basis with a partially refundable deposit of $350 as well as $30/mo pet rent. Tennant pays $150 W/S/G. Tennant to set up electricity through Centralia City Light where they will hold a $250 deposit. This is a STRICT no smoking building. Any nicotine or marijuana use, including vaping prohibited in the building. Tennant required to sustain renters insurance with no less than 100k liability. We will conduct a background check and credit worthiness check. We will be looking at criminal, civil, rental, consumer, and employment histories. We may accept a recent, reusable tenant screening reports. The following may result in your application being denied or requiring further investigation into your background: Past eviction, poor history of debt payments, poor or incomplete work history. Poor rental history. Income less than 3 times the rent. Renters insurance required with minimum 100k liability.
