Tennant to set up electricity through Centralia City Light where they will hold a $250 deposit. This is a STRICT no smoking building. Any nicotine or marijuana use, including vaping prohibited in the building. Tennant required to sustain renters insurance with no less than 100k liability. We will conduct a background check and credit worthiness check. We will be looking at criminal, civil, rental, consumer, and employment histories. We may accept a recent, reusable tenant screening reports. The following may result in your application being denied or requiring further investigation into your background: Past eviction, poor history of debt payments, poor or incomplete work history. Poor rental history. Income less than 3 times the rent. Renters insurance required with minimum 100k liability.
