We have limited space to store the furniture in the listing's pictures. A prospective tenant with furniture will likely need to make other arrangements to store their furniture.

This daylight basement is located low in the Boise Foothills, above St Lukes and Veteran's Hospitals. Owners live upstairs Tenant will need to be able to walk on an outside stairway to access the entry. Owners have limited space available to store the existing furniture, so the prospective tenant will need to make other storage arrangements if they have much of their own furniture.
