This very unique property for rent is located 20 minutes from Moscow Idaho and the University of Idaho and about 40 minutes from Washington State University. It is in the McDonald school zone and comes unfurnished. This beautiful cedar sided house was built in 2000 and is on 5 acres nestled in the pine trees with only a few neighbors. It has 2 upstairs outdoor Juliette balconies, a large master, and stunning log accents throughout. One bedroom is downstairs and the other two are upstairs. The main bathroom downstairs includes the washer and dryer. The 3/4 bath is upstairs next to the master bedroom. There is a season creek that runs through the lower property with unlimited hiking and snow shoeing trails off the deck. The maintenance of the snow removal in the winter and the yard maintenance in the summer would be the renters responsibility. The house is heated with a propane gas stove and has one window AC upstairs. The appliances included are; washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and one shop refrigerator and freezer to use.
