Fully Furnished: Move right in and feel at home on day one with tasteful furnishings and decor throughout the two bedrooms and bathroom. Total interior livable area is 704 sq ft. Sleeping arrangements: The main bedroom features a queen-size mattress, which is less than a year old and always covered with a mattress protector. The second bedroom features a full-size Ikea HEMNES Daybed frame with three drawers and a similarly protected mattress. Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, oven, Instant Pot, air fryer, coffee pot, toaster, and refrigerator. The rental also comes with cookware and dishware. Additionally, the closet off the kitchen contains a full-size washer/dryer. Private Yard: Relax and unwind in the fully fenced backyard, perfect for outdoor dining or enjoying the Colorado sunshine. The patio furniture and butane-fueled firepit are not pictured. Parking: Up to 2 vehicles in the concrete driveway behind the house off the alley. Utilities: Monthly rent includes all utilities.
