This home is located on one third of an acre that backs to a wet weather creek, has three gigantic live oak trees over 150 years old and several other large trees creating a private backyard oasis (you hear that a lot but look at the pictures!). With a 400 square foot partially covered deck, a 240 sq. ft. covered balcony and a 200 square foot flagstone patio the outdoor entertaining options are tremendous. The home itself has an open plan with the living, dining, kitchen and breakfast area all connected and open to each other. The living area has built in shelves and a 75 TV. Kitchen is very well equipped (but if you have any gourmet skills you might need some specialty items). The large office downstairs has a desk as well as a 10' counter/workspace. Laundry room and a half bath are downstairs. All three bedrooms are upstairs with the primary bedroom and a guest room having queen beds and the third bedroom furnished with stackable twin beds. The primary bedroom and kids room open to the upstairs balcony overlooking the back yard. The primary bedroom has a 55" TV as well. The primary bath has two walk-in closets, double vanity, plenty of cabinets and a walk-in shower. Secondary bedrooms also have walk-in closets. The kitchen is well equipped and all linens are provided. Consumables (paper towels, TP, salt, pepper, etc.) are provided for a few days to help you settle in. Move in available 6/2."
