There is also a gated access from 2nd ST NW. We offer an easy-to-use tenant portal where you can do things like making electronic payments, checking your balance, viewing your lease documents, and tracking maintenance requests. Terms: Rent is $2095.00 per month with a signed 12-month lease, which converts to month-to-month after one year. The tenant is responsible for landscaping. Water and Sewer is included with the rent. All other utilities are paid separately by tenants. The security deposit is $1000.00 and is fully refundable. Pet Policy: $500.00 pet deposit for each pet. Smoking Policy: No smoking.
