Very quiet with no homes directly behind this house. Although a basement apartment, this unit has tons of storage! Owner lives upstairs, so tenant must respect the space and offer a quiet living environment. No pets, non-negotiable. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on property. Nice deck for outside entertaining or hanging out reading a book. Washer and dryer in utility room directly beside apartment door.
