Guests will have to go through a security check at the entrance gate and then stop at the clubhouse for registration and instructions before proceeding to the property. The property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping, and failure to comply will result in a minimum fine of $500. Pets are not permitted, and if discovered, there is an automatic charge of $450 for cleaning, and guests will be asked to leave the home. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. A late check-out can be arranged for an additional fee if the home does not have another guest’s arrival scheduled. Trash must be placed in the carts provided, and failure to comply will incur a $100 charge. The air conditioning should not be set below 74 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent freezing, and guests will be responsible for any technician charges if the system freezes.
