This property has been our family's well-loved home for the past six years, and it is bittersweet to be moving on! This house is located on the coveted McChesney Avenue in the Inglewood neighborhood of East Nashville and is in the Dan Mills Elementary School District. McChesney is a lovely street full of lovely people! House has two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs with a large bonus/loft room upstairs that can be used as a third bedroom, guest space, separate living area, office, or studio. It's a great bonus space to customize for your own needs. House has a lovely side porch and brand new deck leading to a spacious, fully-fenced-in back yard. Back yard features a tree swing, large custom play house, and spacious storage shed. A separate rental is located in the back yard (separate gate entrance), which is shared with our lovely 20 something young female professional who has become a friend of our family and completely understands back yard family life.
