The main level features the living room with a newly electric fireplace, dining area, a remodeled kitchen with upgraded counters, new appliances, and new flooring, two bedrooms, and one full bathroom with newly re-tiled shower. The basement features the third bedroom, spacious living space with bar, and the second bathroom. The basement features new carpet and a freshly re-painted bar. This entire home was recently re-painted, re-landscaped, and the deck was redone and finished. This home does not have AC. Pet Policy: Small dogs may be considered pending owner approval. If approved, there is a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet.
