The basement features the third bedroom, spacious living space with bar, and the second bathroom. The basement features new carpet and a freshly re-painted bar. This entire home was recently re-painted, re-landscaped, and the deck was redone and finished. This home does not have AC. Pet Policy: Small dogs may be considered pending owner approval. If approved, there is a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet.
