I am planning to have an open house for everyone to come and take a look at the house Monday 06/23/25 - From 6pm -7 pm. Please stop by with any question. We would like someone to start 07/01/25 or immediate with 6 months lease after that month to month or another 6 months depending upon the current situation with no guarantees for renewal.
