Two-inch blinds are on every window except for the kitchen window which has a curtain (with views of a holly tree and it's bird residents). The condo has four closets for ample storage, three ceiling fans, a brand new window AC unit, and a new dishwasher. School districts are Myers Park HS, Alexander Graham MS, and Dilworth ES. Small dogs or cats are allowed with a pet deposit (no additional rent for pets). Lawn/landscaping, water, valet trash pickup, basic cable, and parking for two vehicles is included with the rent.
