Looking for a female or male roommate to sublet a private bedroom and attached bathroom for 3 months, beginning April 1st (with the possibility of resigning in July). The rent is $800 a month and utilities (gas, electric, TV, and internet) are usually around $150. The Apartment: Coach house tucked away on a quiet street. With nice courtyard between the front building and the coach house. Two-story duplex with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Large kitchen with island, dishwasher, microwave, full range oven. Large, fully furnished living space. This apartment is huge with high ceilings. Plenty of closet/cabinet storage with additional storage inside the building. {Sorry, no pets allowed} Your Room: The room available is the unfurnished lower level bedroom. It's absolutely HUGE with a large closet and attached full bathroom. Also has a back door which leads directly to the (shared with roommate and one tenant in upper unit) free full size washer and dryer as well as a secondary building door. It's a private entrance directly into this bedroom basically. The Area: Plentiful street permit (zone 383) parking. Close to southport corridor (southport brown line), Addison red line, Belmont el stop (red, brown, purple lines) wrigley field, restaurants, bars, shopping and more restaurants and bars! The location is absolutely perfect! About Me: I'm a 23 year old female student at DePaul, majoring in Economics and Accounting, and I will be graduating at the end of March. I plan on leaving Chicago in June, so I will not be renewing the lease, but the option is available to you. My hobbies include biking, cooking, crafting, and going out.
