Unit is off of Delaware Ave, near Northeast Elementary, restaurants, shopping, and gas stations. 6-12 month leases available. Renter will pay for water, gas, and electric. Owner will pay for HOA dues and internet. Pet non-refundable deposit is $200 with a monthly $50 addition to rent for a dog and $25 addition for a cat. No smoking in unit. If you are needing a fully furnished home, rent will be an additional $100 per month (+$100 to the security deposit).
