I’ve been living at Pacific Pointe since 2022. It was my first apartment and I’ve loved the experience so far. I’ll be moving to a bigger apartment at Pacific Pointe South and am very excited to be able to stay in the community. From the staff to the apartment itself, I’ve really enjoyed my time here and everything is very seamless.
I love it here! My apartment was spotless and bug free when I moved in (it still is), five months ago. It's a quiet environment. The grounds and pool area are well maintained. Maintenance requests on my part are met within days. And the management staff, Donna and Queta, are fabulous. Always very nice and helpful. It's a nice place to live.
This apartment offers a clean, safe community, simple well-maintained amenities (pool, gym, laundry room), and professional property management and maintenance staff. The location is amazing. This apartment is the best deal in the area!
For a first time renter, this apartment does the basic job. Clean landscaping, nice pool, bbq's and an over all quite community. They are not the best with service requests, like fixing things. The parking isn't good considering you only get one space and no guest parking. Its a good location, not too far from shopping centers and restaurants.
