She grew up in a home of entrepreneurs whose focus and interest were always in real estate. With that insight and inspiration, she branched out to follow one of her personal passions as a chef and started her own catering business. Her clients loved working with her, witnessing her passion and love for her craft of cooking (She's Greek & Italian... OF COURSE she wanted to feed and take care of the world!), providing wonderful experiences to her clients and delivering first class customer service. Over the past 10 years, she also has volunteered her time, money, and heart to philanthropic interests, such as The Salvation Army and F.R.I.E.N.D.S, a Down Syndrome Advocacy Group based in Frederick County, Maryland. F.R.I.E.N.D.S is not only important to Josephine because it is in her community but is at the heart of her campaign to raise awareness for Down Syndrome since the birth of her daughter Gaby. Most recently, she has worked with the Humane Societies of Frederick and participated in profound missionary work in developing countries like Peru with her church, FCF. In her spare time, she continued to maintain and manage her existing properties, consult on staging residential homes for sale and worked on several rehab projects. It was during this time; Josephine made the decision to obtain her license and transition to a full-time career in real estate. As a lifelong Maryland resident, Josephine delivers an innate understanding of the broader housing market of the region and community. Her enthusiasm and passion for helping others provides her clients with an experience in any real estate transaction.
