This apartment is centrally located in Riverside, Fort Lauderdale. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full legal names of guests must be provided upon booking. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is permitted; outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows/doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors, with a $500 fine for violation. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, with a $500 fine for violation. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video; unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus will result in a $1000 fine. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later, and check-out is at 11 AM. The host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property to maintain landscaping, provide pest control, and provide other maintenance services during the guest's reservation.
