The cabin features: * Full kitchen * Dining area * Spacious living room * Large bedroom with a walk-in closet * Full bathroom * Washer and dryer * Two large flat-screen TVs It comes fully furnished with a sofa, recliner, dining table and chairs, full-size bed, dresser, desk, cookware, dishes, utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, linens, towels, and everything you need to move in. Simply bring your personal belongings and enjoy the comfort of our quaint country haven. Photos of the cabin are attached. Our backyard includes a swimming pool, which is available for your use by coordinating with the owners. The monthly rent is $1,500, which includes all utilities: * T-Mobile Wi-Fi and Internet * Water, Electricity * DIRECTV * Heating and Air Conditioning * Weekly Trash Collection * Private Mailbox Non smoking. No pets allowed. Security Deposit is $500. Cleaning Fee is $75. Application Fee is $50.
