Looking to sublet the last couple months of my lease as I am taking a job opportunity out of state and will be moving shortly. I am currently occupying this unit, but could move out with relatively short notice to make it available immediately and move up my move date out of state if that's what would make it work for you. Apartment is through YMB Rentals, which have been GREAT. They are responsive to maintenance requests and very friendly. You would definitely have the opportunity to renew the lease in June. It is a very nice two bedroom apartment: - Pets allowed (size and breed restrictions apply) - Hardwoods floors; kitchen and bathroom are tile, bedrooms are carpet - Both bedrooms are an average size with full size closets - All utilities are included in rent other than cable/internet - Neighbors are very friendly and quiet - Plenty of large (brand new) windows that allow an abundance of natural light in - Assigned parking spot is directly out the living room window Feel free to text or call me at any time with questions or to request specific photos and to schedule a time to come see it.
