Kitchen features stainless steel appliances, gas range and access to the backyard through the kitchen. Huge fenced yard and off street parking. Laundry room with hookups. Rent is $1350 mo with a $1350 deposit. Pets welcome with a $500 nonrefundable pet fee and an additional $25 a month per pet. Sorry we do not accept section 8 or vouchers.
