The apartment is part of a single family home with its own front and back entrance, this is not a shared living space and the space is private. Location is great, centrally located making all of Denver accessible. Walkable parks include West Bar-Val-Wood Park and Huston Lake Park. Easy bike ride to Meow Wolf and Broncos Stadium. Downtown is bike-able by using the South Platte Creek Trail. Easy access to Highway 6, I-25 and US 285. Some of the best Mexican and Vietnamese food in the city is minutes from the home. This is a one year lease. Utilities (electric, water, heat, garbage, internet) are included in rent price. Renters would need to pay a one month security deposit and the first months rent upon moving into the unit. No smoking or pets allowed. There is on street parking. There will be an application fee to run background/credit check on prospective renters (this application process is completed through the listing website). Owner of the unit is looking for quiet and respectful tenant.
