Guests that break this house rule will receive a $500 penalty. Parties of any kind are not allowed on the property. Drugs, weapons, and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. The total number of guests and pets spending the night must be registered in the reservation. All events must be previously discussed and explicitly authorized. Most cars must be parked in the property’s driveway. Only 2 cars can be parked on the street. Stained sheets or towels and damaged items must be paid for to replace them.
