About This Property

This is an upstairs apartment in our duplex on 7th Street in Ames. It is located in the Old Town neighborhood a block from downtown Ames and five blocks from Mary Greeley Medical Center. Heat, water and garbage service is paid by us, Tenants pay for electric service through the City of Ames. Washer and Dryer hookups are provided in the basement. One stall in the garage along with a parking spot in front of the garage goes with this apartment. Central air conditioning is provided through a newer hi efficiency a/c unit. Tenant pays for the electricity to run it. The kitchen is modern with a newer gas range, cabinets and dishwasher. The entire apartment is light and spacious with high ceilings and hardwood floors.
