Only guests and pets counted on the reservation are allowed on the property, and each unauthorized guest or pet may incur a $100 per person/pet per day/night fee. Tampering or disconnecting security cameras, noise monitors, or other security devices will result in a $1000 fine. Smoking is only allowed outside the home, and all doors and windows must be closed to prevent the smell from getting inside. If dogs bark or potentially make loud noise when they are alone at the house, please bring them with you or place them somewhere quiet to avoid neighbor complaints.
