There's a wood sauna with electric heater in the shared bathroom. There is a school bus stop on Fourmile Canyon Dr, so it gets priority for snow plowing in winter. All utilities and internet are included in price. Single garage space and 3 driveway spaces available for tenant use. Available rental dates are anything over 30 nights July through January 2024. Be Bear Aware. The peace of the canyon means you're sharing it with mountain animals. Renters required to use the provided bear trashcan and store it in garage.
