This is a VACATION RENTAL Only! Owner will not consider a annual rental. Weekly rentals permitted. Villa AliBonita is in the NW part of Cape Coral virtually equal distances to the famous Gulf islands Boca Grande off Port Charlotte, Sanibel Island, Ft. Myers Beach off Cape Coral & Ft. Myers. From here you have access to all the best beaches SW Florida has to offer. This lovely fenced vacation home boasts over 1,700 sq ft, offers 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with an electric heated pool. Villa AliBonita has an open floor plan keeping the master suite separate from the other two guest bedrooms. Upon entering the home you will find a work area available with a desk for you to use to the left. Of course, there is high-speed internet & wireless WiFi available to allow you to connect with the world with ease. The large living room area with volume ceilings offers a sizeable ceiling fan, comfortable reclining sofas & plenty of seating for a fun movie night. There is a large glass slider providing direct access to the large lanai and pool area. The fully outfitted spacious kitchen, with granite countertops and an integrated breakfast bar, leaves nothing to be desired.
