Located 2.5 miles (8 minute drive) from Nissan Stadium (home of the Tennessee Titans), Broadway (home to some of the best bars and honky-tonks that Nashville has to offer), as well as downtown music venues: Bridgestone Arena, The Ryman, and Ascend Amphitheater. Easy drive to many other great Nashville areas including Germantown, The Gulch, Music Row, Vanderbilt, Belmont, 12 South, Green Hills, Opryland (Grand Ole Opry) and many more! The Space: This one-bedroom luxury apartment is situated above the detached garage at the back of the property, with its own private entrance and parking. Inside: This space is Music City themed with tall living space ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. The living room has a pull out couch and flat screen TV. Separate bedroom with queen sized bed, extra pillows and blanket in bedroom closet. A full bathroom featuring a shower & bathtub combo. An in unit washer and dryer, which are fully available for you to use during your stay. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need for your stay in Music City: Keurig coffee maker, dinnerware, pots and pans and more. Outside: In the back of the unit there is a deck featuring lounging chairs, a grill and a beautiful view of downtown Nashville. The backyard itself features a gas fire pit, a table and chairs and plenty of places to enjoy the Nashville weather! Please note, the backyard is a shared space with the main house located on the property and use should be reasonable. Note: The property is located near new construction and train tracks. The train blows its horn nightly, so earplugs and white noise machine have been provided for those that are sensitive to urban noise. Utilities (water, gas, electric): Are included in monthly rent payment and no additional charges for these. Deposit: Last month's rent due on signing. Rental Length: Flexible, with a 60 day notice. Space is available starting Feb 2, 2024. Pets: Small dogs (under 35 lbs) are permitted with an additional $50 per month pet fee.
