This home features a large, open living and dining area perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including a gas stove, coffee bar, and all cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware you could need. Upstairs, a private room with a TV and games provides space for streaming or kid-friendly fun. An EV charger is available for guests. Events are allowed with an additional event fee. This property is pet-friendly with a $200 non-refundable pet fee, and prior agreement is required. The location is unbeatable, situated just blocks from campus with HEB less than a mile away and a wide variety of dining options nearby, including coffee bars, casual cafés, Tex-Mex, BBQ, pizza, burgers, and international cuisine. Experience the electric energy of this neighborhood, known for its vibrant atmosphere, especially on game-day weekends. Smoking is NOT allowed in or on the property, and evidence of smoking will result in a $400 charge to deodorize the home. Visitors other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight; unauthorized guests will incur a $200 fee plus $50 per person. Parties are prohibited. Guests must be 25 years or older to book and digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in. Exterior cameras may record audio/video at the entrance, driveway, and backyard. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper, as feminine products or other products will result in plumbing repair charges. No candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Guests will need to provide their own paper goods beyond an initial set-up of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap. A $25 charge will apply if trash is not bagged and placed into the city garbage bin. Tampering with security cameras will result in charges for damages.
