This property is pet-friendly with a $200 non-refundable pet fee, and prior agreement is required. The location is unbeatable, situated just blocks from campus with HEB less than a mile away and a wide variety of dining options nearby, including coffee bars, casual cafés, Tex-Mex, BBQ, pizza, burgers, and international cuisine. Smoking is NOT allowed in or on the property, and evidence of smoking will result in a $400 charge to deodorize the home. Visitors other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight; unauthorized guests will incur a $200 fee plus $50 per person. Parties are prohibited. Guests must be 25 years or older to book and digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in. Exterior cameras may record audio/video at the entrance, driveway, and backyard.
