Amazing building with great curb appeal. Renovated kitchens: new appliances, new countertops, wiring and plumbing. New back breeze way, double paned windows too. Views directly on the courtyard garden which is maintained by professional landscapers and neighbors. Refinished floors, new bathrooms, new porch doors and closets. Rent includes heat and water. We provide Wi Fi for our Residents at no cost. Recycling bin provided in the alley. Storage locker upon request at no charge, not an unlimited supply. We prohibit the smoking of Marijuana inside or on building property. CREDIT CRITERIA: TransUnion's Resident Score is used to evaluate the applicant's credit history and ability to pay rent when due. An applicant may be declined if their credit history indicates high risk. We are critical of low credit scores, no credit history, delinquencies on credit report, judgments, and collections. Credit scores under 675 are often rejected due to the previous criteria. We use Trans Union primarily because of their detailed reports. We run criminal history on all approved applicants. Apartment is located on a beautiful tree lined street close to Loyola University. Literally 20 steps to the beach! Can hear the waves with my windows open! Hard wood floors, remolded bathrooms, decks, and friendly neighbors! Super safe! Single lady and I never feel unsafe at night! Three blocks to the Loyola red-line and within walking distance to several restaurants, stores, and bars. 400 movie theater right on corner super cheap, full bar and plays up to date movies what more could you ask for! I love it!
