Smoking and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited inside the property, with a $250 fee for violations. Pets are not permitted unless explicitly authorized, with a $250 fee for unauthorized pets. The maximum number of guests is six, and all guests must be listed on the reservation. Unauthorized guests will incur a $40 fee per person per night.
