About This Property

Helping the building owner find a new tenant! I am moving to Chicago for a job opportunity and need someone to take over this great apartment. It is in the heart of the Noho arts district and within walking distance of many great bars and restaurants. Some of my favorite places are Daves Hot Chicken, 513 bar, Kahuna Tiki, The Federal, Pho Noho and some of the best taco trucks/stands. I need someone in here by June 1st! You can come tour it whenever! Also the second bedroom is a little messy but honestly a great space with an attached bathroom. I also need to get rid of a lot of furniture so if you like any of it please don’t hesitate to ask! From the owner : Must have good credit Must sign for a year long lease :) One time $25 parking fee for the garage remote.
