Furnished all utilities and WiFi included with rent.This is a third floor apartment in a family owned Victorian home in Historic Highland Park.it was listed in AirBB with 5 star review for last seven years. I am now renting it via lease. The house is one block from the Bryant St Business District with a multitude of restaurants, coffee shops, neighborhood market and bakery. Highland park is 4 blocks away with walking and hiking trails Olympic pool tennis courts etc. I am a local artist and former professor. My son andI live on the first two floors of the house. The apartment shares the central staircase entry. Best suited for single. I am currently repainting and will post new photos before Sept 15. The apartment has been recarpeted and bathroom tiled with spa shower.

The dominant feature of Pittsburgh’s Highland Park neighborhood is that namesake park itself, a massive public greenspace that almost completely encircles the residential portion of the community. Residents enjoy an environment filled with playgrounds, sports facilities, gardens, footpaths, bike trails, scenic waterfront views, and the Pittsburgh Zoo and Aquarium.
