These security lockers are available, one per unit maximum at an additional cost per month on a non residential different lease down in the basement for your extra storage needs. No personal items can ever remain outside of the lockers should you choose to lease one. Mail delivery is just inside the front door in a mail secured postal bank with separate keys for each unit. There is a vacant lot across the street monitored by the police department which provides for off street winter parking for up to four tenant current licensed operational vehicles and is for tenants only during the winter. No exceptions. No one is allowed to park on the lawn by the unit or on the grass on the lot across the street at any time of the year, clearly stated in the lease agreement. A one year lease is required with the exception of all leases end june thirtieth of each year. First month's rent, along with last month's rent and a security deposit on this beautiful clean interior sparkling jewel, along with credit references and a driver's license and or current valid ID which will be on the application form prior to a lease agreement and that will be required first for approval. 990.00 per month rent. There is an on site fantastic building manager in a unit monitoring the building with a rapid response and regular office hours posted on his door for your safety, security, and wellbeing. Building welfare checks of each unit interior are done at intervals not to exceed sixty days with 12/24 hrs notice per state statutes. Only individuals that can get along with existing peaceful tenants along with keeping the inside and along with the outside, clean, neat and tidy at all times would be qualified for acceptance into this peaceful building. Maximum capacity clearly stated on the lease agreement. Occupancy Standards: Reasonable maximums based on health/safety codes, generally following the "2-per-bedroom" rule in the apartment building. There is a four person maximum allowed due to the space and expenses paid by the landlords figured into the cost of the building operations in the monthly lease payments.
