The lower level is a private master suite with a huge dressing room, storage closet, bathroom/laundry room and a walk out patio. Main level has a half bath, kitchen, dining and living area with a deck that overlooks the wooded area behind house. The third story has two large bedrooms that share a jack & jill bathroom. Both upper level bedrooms have generous sized closets. The unit has two designated parking spots and ample guest parking as well. There is a community pool that is located within walking distance of unit. Garbage and pest control are included in rent. This property is zoned Farragut and Hardin Valley schools and is conveniently located near Turkey Creek and a 5 minute drive to I40 or Pellissippi Parkway. A small dog will be considered for an additional $25 monthly pet rent and a nonrefundable $200 pet damage fee. Background/credit check will be required for each adult who will reside in the unit. Minimum credit score of 620 and $2000 deposit. NO SMOKERS or cats!
