This charming studio is located close to the Boardwalk and Main Beach, a short walk to downtown and all its attraction. The space has new carpet and kitchen flooring! A full kitchen and bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is no closet space, so the new resident would need to bring a wardrobe. The kitchen features cabinets and shelving, an apartment-sized fridge and a full sized gas stove and range. Included in the rent are all utilities (water, PG&E and trash), as well as a parking spot. Due to the fact that the landlord pays for all utilities, the rental rate is $1,450 for a single person and $1,500 for a couple. No pets. Security deposit is $1,500 with a one year lease. We approve applicants who have a household income of three times the monthly rent amount (sorry, no cosigners), good credit (625 min. credit score) and positive landlord and/or employer references. Applicants cannot have any record of bankruptcies in the last two years or any previous unlawful detainers. We require a separate application for any resident over the age of 18 who will be living at this residence. We also require any resident under the age of 18 to be identified as well.
