The kitchen is open to the dining area, located in front of a wall of windows that open out to the dock and boat lift. The living room is next to the dining area and also looks out to the water and has a gas fireplace. Up a custom built open wood staircase is the bedroom area. Bathed in light due to many windows, this has a Venice Beach feel all year. The large landing with custom lighting leads into the second bedroom that looks to the front of the home. The hallway bathroom has 2x4 foot custom tile, a tub shower, wood shelving and floating cabinets. There is a 2nd stack washer and dryer in the utility room upstairs, as well as an on-demand hot water heater. The amazing master suite has a full wall of glass doors that open up to the lake and an outdoor deck. There are automatic shades that will shield the entire wall for privacy. The pine wall and Portland Mill Works sliding doors are extremely stylish. The master bathroom also has floating cabinets, a contemporary design, walk in closet with skylight and built-ins. Boat or walk to the Lake Theatre, restaurants, The Farmer’s Market and coffee. This is a lifestyle that is extremely rare. No Pets, unless you want to name one of the ducks floating off of the dock.
