Our multifamily property is in New Paltz near Tillson, right on the Wallkill River. The other residents are our best buds. We’re laid back, and consider this land a sacred space. Lots of wildlife watching on the river. It is somewhat rural and quite peaceful. Shared yard, community garden, and parking lot with other residents, and we all live in close quarters. Hoping to find the right tenant who's mindful of noise, enjoys being a part of our little community, & loves gardening. 1 mile to rail trail easy bike ride to rosendale trestle by car • 3 minutes to rosendale • 7 minutes to new paltz • 20 minutes to kingston Each unit has a private outdoor area. We have boats to take into the river at your discretion. We currently have a shared outdoor sauna that can be fired up and enjoyed with friends. Shared yard for meandering, picnicking. Room for a fire pit.
