Feel at home in this professionally furnished and designed home, conveniently located just off Oxford St. This home features five bedrooms and is minutes away from Bellwood Plaza. Please do not use the wooden steps, as they're currently damaged. This home features two fully stocked kitchens (large on the main floor, small in the basement) and two living rooms equipped with smart TVs (Netflix, Prime, Crave, Disney+, and more). Super high-speed Wi-Fi and a modern bathroom oasis on each floor, plus a spacious backyard, ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. Guests have access to a private driveway which can accommodate two regular-size vehicles. Guests also have full, private access to the driveway, backyard patio, and newly installed fire pit. Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used. Located on a residential street just off Oxford Street, this home is a few minutes away from Bellwood Plaza, where you'll find everything you need from necessities to entertainment. Groceries, LCBO, restaurants, and eateries are all within walking distance. A short 5-7 minute drive to Western University, Fanshawe College, and Downtown London makes this location a gem for anyone. Guests have easy access to city transit or can get anywhere by car. Quiet hours start at 10 pm until 8 am the following morning. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, and evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $1000.00 fine. Pets are welcome, but they are not allowed on fabric couches/chairs and beds; any evidence or damages will require additional cleaning and will be charged back to your reservation. No parties or undeclared social gatherings are allowed, and guests will be charged $500.00 for breaking this rule. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Lock all windows and doors if you are not home. Security cameras monitoring the entrance of the home are in place for the safety and security of the home and our guests; do not touch/tamper with these cameras, as any form of tampering will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation. Noise monitoring is in place, and any evidence of tampering with the noise device will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation. There are additional fees associated with pets: $25/day for 1-5 days, $200 for 6-28 days, and $300 for 29+ days. If any of the listing rules are abused, you will be subject to additional charges, and your reservation may be terminated. Since our cleaners are always on a tight schedule to get the units ready for the next guest, there is a late check-out penalty of $100/hr after 11:00 a.m. in case of a delayed checkout. Please be advised that the door may not lock automatically, so you will have to make sure it is locked before you leave the house. [SI]
