Close to tons and tons of shops, restaurants, and whatever else you may need. Parking around the corner in a parking garage is $195/month for residents, a great deal for downtown parking. Lease term: Lease will end 7/31/2027 (with potential for renewal). Utilities & tenant responsibilities: Tenant pays for electric and $125 per month towards water, sewer, gas. No smoking. Renter's insurance is required. Pets: Pets are considered; however, some dog breeds are not permitted. Check with us regarding your breed of dog(s). For each allowable pet, there is a $200 one-time non-refundable fee and $50/month. Max 2 pets.
