You will want to bring pool/beach towels and any other linens you will need for the stay if you decide not to purchase linen service. This adorable villa is just a quick drive to the beach. Golf Colony Resort is tucked quietly back in the Deerfield subdivision but right in the middle and close to everything! Guests must be 25 years of age or older to reserve. Routine pest control treatment is scheduled during your stay, typically occurring on the 3rd Thursday of even months. A licensed and insured technician will need access to your unit to perform the service and will knock before entering, completing the treatment in just a few minutes.
