This historic building is loaded with history. Built in 1811 by Bulfinch, it was the first Bank in Salem and later the first Boys Club of America.The first floor houses an antique dealer by appointment only. Enter through a tiled foyer into the dramatic front hallway. The ceilings are 18' on each floor. When entering the unit on the left is a front to back living/dining/kitchen area with columns dividing the living area from the custom kitchen with new refrigerator, a dual fuel stove/oven, dishwasher & disposal. There are two decorative fireplaces. Directly behind the building, overlook the magnificent new gardens of the PEM. Between the kitchen & bedroom is a bathroom with pocket doors. To the front of the unit on the opposite side of the living area is another large room - perfect for a home office/study/den. There is a huge area in the walk-up attic with plenty of storage and a closet. The laundry is accessed in the basement. Park on street or rent a spot in the local garage
