Pets considered with $75 per animal pet fee and $30 per animal per month pet rent. Furthermore, the HOA rules governing pets are as follows: a maximum of 2 domestic pets per residential unit is allowed. The aggregate weight of the pets shall not exceed 100 lbs. A one-time $150 pet fee per pet will be paid to the HOA (this is separate from the charges listed above); all electric; government subsidies not accepted on this property.
