It is highly recommended to bring a 4WD or AWD to access Beech Mountain, especially during winter months when snow chains are suggested. The property has security cameras at the front, side, and backyard. Smoking and pets are not allowed. People other than those in the guest's party may not stay overnight. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended use. There is no daily housekeeping service, although linens are included. Includes an office with a desk, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included.
