Its April 2025 and I lived here for quite a few years now. The community is nice and quite and i love the people here. I love the mix of people who live here. This is my first review since the ownership changed hands. And I must say that the new owners are doing what they can to make this a better place to live. They are steadily making improvements to the apartments and the property that I like and appreciate. And the grounds are landscaped weekly and cleaned daily. The pool is a big plus on those hot days from Memorial Day to Labor Day and the on site laundry room is inexpensive to wash and dry. I hope to live here the rest of my life. To the maintenance supervisor Alex, he is the best they ever had working here. He's very efficient and friendly and always treat the tenants with respect. And I want to give a honorable mention to the front office assistant she is kind and always friendly when I come in the door. And last but not least I am so happy for the Property Manager Ms. Rhona. She is the best thing that could have ever happened to the property. She is efficient and caring and friendly to all the residents. She is the soul and backbone of the property. She is one of the reasons that I still stay here. She always has a smile and a kind word for me and others. This place is better with her being the property Manager and I surely appreciate her running the property. To anyone who wants a nice and clean and quiet place to live come here

Very convenient location; very well landscaped property; Large 4 bedroom units (townhouse style). Over-all a nice property. Office hours very limited; Needs enhanced pest control to keep bugs to a minimum; Fabulous maintenance staff; Definitely need larger trash compactor/container.
cortland properties never cease to amaze me. Always clean on site and units seems to look amazing. Will continue to rent with this company

Ms. Rona is great i love her personality and the maintenance team stay on top of things and they are really good and there customer service is good as well.
Overall, the new team members are responsive and take action within their control. Maybe allow them to be more empowered to handle some situations.

The property is nice to stay at and i have not had any problems...
Avalon on Montreal is by far the nicest apt home I've ever lived in.. the wood floors, 2.5 baths (for 2 bdrm), upstairs/downstairs, porch and patio .. (filled w plants during spring, summer, and fall) .. and you can't beat the location.. Marta goes right by the complex, i-285, 3 mins away.. walking trail .5 miles away... Farmers Market 10 mins away.. Post ofc 2 blocks up the street along with Dollar Store and Grocery Store.. soon to be 2 grocery stores 2 and 3 blocks away... could easily live here for another several years!!

Christopher always takes the time to make sure needs are met with professionalism. Everyone is always willing to correct the problem, once brought to their attention. The new facilities team is great!!!! Ready to fix the problem correctly - no more patch work!
The sparyment sozesbare hreat, but they are older and hasn't had structural updates... they REALLY need updating. My floors are uneven and has sinking spots.

I love living here at Avalon on Montreal. The community is diverse and the people are nice. The assistant manager in the office name Ms. Rona is wonderful. She's a blessing for this community.
The mgt and maintenance staff are very responsive to any concerns or repairs needed for each individual resident.
The Staff Is Great But, The Pest Control Is Horrible!! Roaches Are Infested Inside And Outside Of The Property
I love this apartment but the only thing that I didn't like is the insects in our doorway and also inside our apartment. They need to do more jop of pest control service.
Everyone that works at this complex gets a A plus from me and my family, they are personalable and professional which can be hard to find! I feel like that are all apart of my family! Job well done! They have never let me down!

At Avalon on Montreal pictures don't lie. The apartments are great. The leasing staff are very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is small and friendly. I absolutely love living here.

Living here at Avalon on Montreal has been rather pleasant. The staff are always in good spirits. If you're ever in need of maintenance repair, Marlus is the best. Not only does he fix the problem but he also explains everything to you. If you're looking for something affordable, spacious, on a bus-line and convenient to everything, Avalon is the place to best. Be sure to ask for Janet. She's the best:-)
