Welcome to The Sunflower Den, an artfully furnished and beautifully renovated basement-level unit in the peaceful suburbs of Northglenn, CO! This bright, pet-friendly unit is nestled below a charming brick ranch home and offers a large backyard, two bedrooms with queen-size beds, large egress windows, room-darkening blinds, dressers, and TVs with access to streaming services. The animal-themed room bathes in evening light, while the art-themed room gets a gorgeous burst of morning light. Enjoy in the fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining area, in-unit laundry facilities, coffee bar, and an 8-foot-wide projector that is perfect for movie nights. Admire the custom-painted mural while playing the Colorado-themed board games or preparing your next adventure with one of the several Colorado guide books. The unit also includes kitchen and bathroom essentials, extra towels, linens, and blankets. Plus, space heaters, a standing oscillating fan, and two humidifiers are provided to make your stay even more comfortable. Relax in the spacious backyard next to the fire pit, toss bean bags into the cornhole boards, or enjoy a meal on either of the two large patios. The unit features a private entrance, keyless entry, and a fully fenced backyard and covered patio (shared with the upstairs unit). For stays of six weeks or longer, a house cleaner will visit every two weeks for basic cleaning chores (floors, bathroom and kitchen) at no additional cost to you. If you need assistance during your stay, the owner (that's me!) lives less than a half mile away and is available to help. The Sunflower Den is also conveniently located within a 15-minute drive to Denver, 30 minutes to Boulder, and just over an hour to Rocky Mountain National Park. Nearby, you'll find shopping centers, restaurants, parks, trails, lakes, and grocery stores, including a Walmart Neighborhood Market within walking distance (less than a 1/4 mile away). Perfect for traveling nurses, digital nomads, extended getaways, or a luxury furnished lifestyle, The Sunflower Den can comfortably accommodate up to four tenants. Extra bedding items can be provided upon request. Please note that there are tenants living in the upstairs unit of the house, so occasional noises and squeaky floors may be heard as they go about their day. The basement is separate from the upper house and has its own entrance. The Sunflower Den is a completely private space. Pets are allowed. There will be an $250 refundable deposit if you bring a pet. This fee is used to disinfect the space, remove pet hair from the furniture, and make it clean and comfortable for the next tenants.
